Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information VL Studio collects through vlstudio.app, why, and what choices you have. VL Studio is a brand of SALESPIKE LLC, a company registered in California, USA (“we”, “us”). We keep this simple: we only collect what you choose to send us, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- What you send through our forms (stored together with the page you sent it from and the time): your name, email address and, if you add them, your business name or website, the service you're interested in, your message, how you'd like us to reply (email, WhatsApp, Telegram or SMS) and the phone number or username you give us for that.
- Technical data needed to run the site: your IP address is kept in server memory for up to one hour to limit spam (at most a few submissions per hour) and is never stored with your request or written to disk. Our server does not keep access logs of your visits.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party pixels on this site. The only things stored in your browser are optional conveniences: if you switch on “calm mode”, that choice is saved, and the site search remembers your last few searches and visited pages so you can return to them. Both stay on your device and are never sent to us.
Who is responsible
The controller of your data is SALESPIKE LLC (trading as VL Studio), California, USA. Contact us about anything privacy-related through the contact form.
How we use it
- To reply to your request through the channel you chose and to prepare a quote.
- To keep a record of our conversation while we work with you.
Legal basis (for visitors in the EU/EEA and UK): taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Who processes it
- Hosting: our server is operated by Contabo GmbH in the EU. Form submissions are stored there.
- Notifications: new requests are forwarded to our team through Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.), so we can answer quickly.
- DNS and domain: Cloudflare, Inc. provides our domain's DNS.
International transfers. Our team works from outside the EU, and Telegram processes notifications on servers outside the EU. Where your data leaves the EU/EEA, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) and keep what we transfer to the minimum needed to answer you.
If you choose WhatsApp, Telegram or SMS as your reply channel, your conversation with us also follows that provider's privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete them, unless we work together — in that case project records are kept as long as needed for the project and our legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, or object to its use. Residents of the EU/EEA and UK have these rights under the GDPR; California residents have similar rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
How to reach us about privacy: use the contact form and write “Privacy request” in the message, with the email address you used. We'll reply within 30 days (usually much sooner).
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date above.
