AI receptionist for HVAC, plumbing, roofing & electrical
A 24/7 AI receptionist for trades — built, tuned and run for you.
It answers the calls your crew can't: triages emergencies, sends the urgent ones straight to your on-call tech, and books the rest into Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or Google Calendar — in English or Spanish, on your existing number.
Done for you — we build it, test it and run it · Last updated October 2026
The call flow
Burst pipe at 2 a.m. Here's what happens.
Every call goes one of two ways: an emergency that reaches a person now, or a job that gets booked properly. No caller is left talking to a voicemail box.
Answers in seconds
Your number forwards the calls you'd miss — after hours, busy lines, crews on a roof. The AI greets callers as your company and says it's an AI assistant.
Triages the problem
It asks your trade's questions: is water still running, is there a gas smell, is anyone without heat. Your rules decide what's urgent.
Emergency → on-call tech
Urgent calls transfer straight to whoever is on call, with a text summary of the address and problem. No answer? It follows your fallback.
Everything else → booked
Routine jobs go into your calendar or field-service software with the address, issue and contact details, plus a confirmation text to the customer.
Trade by trade
It asks the questions your dispatcher would.
A generic bot asks, “How can I help?” Ours is scripted per trade, with your service area, hours and emergency rules — these are the kinds of questions we start from and tune with you.
No heat, no cool
Is the system running at all, or blowing the wrong temperature? Gas or electric furnace? Any gas smell or carbon-monoxide alarm — if so, it tells them to leave the house and call 911 or the gas utility first. Anyone vulnerable at home, like infants or elderly people? Make and age of the unit, and is it under a maintenance plan?
Leaks & burst pipes
Is water actively running, and can they find the main shut-off — it walks them through it. Where is the leak, and is it near electrical wiring? Is this a sewer backup or a slow drain? Water heater leaking or no hot water? Renter or owner, and can someone let the plumber in?
Storm damage & surges
Is water coming inside right now, and where? Was it storm, wind or hail, and when? Do they need a tarp or emergency cover? Roof type and roughly how many stories? Are they filing an insurance claim and do they want an inspection with photos? During after-storm call spikes, it books inspections in order so nobody is lost.
Outages, sparks & burning smells
Any burning smell, smoke or sparks — if so, it tells them to call 911 first. Is power out in the whole home or one circuit, and do neighbors have power? Has a breaker tripped, or does it keep tripping? Any work like a panel upgrade or EV charger to quote? It never walks callers through electrical repairs.
Fits how you work

No new app for your office to learn. Jobs and leads land where your team already looks.
English & Spanish
Answers in English or Spanish and switches when the caller does. Job summaries reach your team in English.
Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro
We connect to Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or Google Calendar, with job types, durations and service areas set up correctly.
No number change
Conditional call forwarding from the number on your trucks and your Google profile. You choose which calls the AI takes.
Beyond the phone
What a SaaS app won't do for you.
We're a full studio, so the receptionist can come with the pieces around it — each priced openly on our pricing page.
Review requests
After a job is marked done, customers get a short text asking for a Google review. Included in the AI Front Desk bundle.

A slow mobile site loses the same calls the receptionist is meant to catch. Our Website Care Plan covers hosting, speed and small edits from $199/mo.
Google Business Profile

FAQ
Questions,
answered.
Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes — we set it up to say so in the greeting. It sounds natural and handles interruptions, but we don't pretend it is a person: disclosure rules for AI calls are tightening in several US states and the EU, and customers trust a business that is upfront. This is not legal advice; we're happy to work with your attorney on the wording.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Your number stays with your current carrier. We set up call forwarding — for example, after hours, when the line is busy, or after a set number of rings — so the AI picks up only the calls you would otherwise miss.
Can it reach my on-call tech at 2 a.m.?
Yes. You decide what counts as an emergency for your trade. When a caller matches those rules, the receptionist transfers the call to whoever is on call and sends them a text summary; if they don't answer, it follows the fallback you choose.
Does it book straight into Jobber, ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro?
We connect to Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or Google Calendar. What it can write — a booked job, a request or a lead — depends on your account and plan, which we check on the scoping call before quoting.
Does it handle Spanish-speaking callers?
Yes. The receptionist can answer in English and Spanish and switch when the caller does. Your team gets the job summary in English.
How long does setup take?
Our AI Front Desk bundle is live in 14 days. A receptionist on its own follows the same process: script, integrations, emergency rules, then test calls before it goes live.
What does it cost?
$1,500 setup + $497 a month, with telephone and AI usage billed at cost. New customers get 20% off: $1,200 setup and $398 a month for the first three months.
