VL Studio / Automation / n8n repair
n8n & Make workflow repair
Your n8n workflow is broken. We'll fix it — fixed price.
Send us the workflow export and the error. Within 24 hours you get a plain-English diagnosis of the root cause and a fixed quote — then we repair it, add error handling and hand it back tested.
Works with n8n Cloud, self-hosted n8n and Make · Last updated October 2026
How it works
Three steps. No hourly meter.
You never pay for time spent “looking into it.” The diagnosis is a fixed fee, the repair is quoted before we touch anything, and the diagnosis fee is credited if you go ahead.
Send the export
Download the workflow JSON (or Make blueprint), add a screenshot of the failed execution and a sentence on what it should do. Credentials stay with you.
Diagnosis in 24 hours
We reproduce the failure, find the root cause and send a short report: what broke, why, and a fixed price to repair it. $149, credited toward the repair.
Fixed, tested, monitored
Most repairs are done within 48 hours of approval. You get test-run evidence, an error-handling branch and an alert when anything fails again.
What we fix
The failures we see every week.
Most broken automations fail for a handful of reasons. If yours shows one of these, it is almost certainly fixable within the fixed price.
Webhook stopped firing
Test vs production URL mix-ups, expired subscriptions, wrong HTTP method or a reverse proxy dropping requests on a self-hosted instance.
OAuth credentials expired
Google, Microsoft and CRM tokens that silently stop refreshing, scopes that changed, or an app still in “testing” mode.
Broken JSON mapping
Fields that moved, arrays treated as single items, empty values crashing expressions, or a node that now returns a different shape.
Rate limits & timeouts
APIs returning 429s under load, long loops timing out, or batches that need splitting, waiting and retrying properly.
OpenAI & LLM node changes
Model names retired, new node versions, token limits, or output that isn't parsed into structured data reliably.
Upgrade broke everything
Docker updates, database migrations, queue mode, environment variables and community nodes after an n8n version jump.
Price
from $390 per repair
Diagnosis $149, credited toward the repair · New customers get 20% off
Complex multi-workflow systems are quoted after the diagnosis. If we can't fix it, you don't pay for the repair.
Send my workflow →- Root-cause diagnosis report in plain English
- Fixed quote before any repair work
- Repair with test-run evidence
- Error-handling branch on every critical node
- Failure alerts to email, Slack or Telegram
- Short Loom-style walkthrough of what changed
Then let's automate the rest: if you go for a full automation project (from $2,500) instead of a repair, the diagnosis fee is credited there — AI receptionists, speed-to-lead and CRM workflows.
FAQ
Questions,
answered.
Do you need my passwords or API keys?
No. The workflow export doesn't include credential secrets. For the repair we either work in a copy on our test instance with our own test accounts, or you add us as a temporary user and remove access afterward.
Do you work with self-hosted n8n?
Yes — Docker, npm and queue mode, plus n8n Cloud. Self-hosted upgrades and environment problems are among the most common repairs we do.
Can you fix Make scenarios too?
Yes. Send the scenario blueprint and the error from the execution history; the process and pricing are the same.
What if it can't be fixed?
Sometimes the right answer is a rebuild or a different tool. The diagnosis tells you that up front, with a price for each option — you only pay for the repair if you approve it.
How fast is “fast”?
Diagnosis within 24 hours on business days. Most single-workflow repairs are finished within 48 hours of your approval; bigger systems get a dated plan in the quote.
Can you build new automations from scratch?
Yes — that's our main work. Full automation projects start at $2,500, and AI receptionists from $1,500 + $497/mo. See all prices in the pricing section.
