One system for a Santa Barbara chauffeur service: riders book, chauffeurs drive, the owner dispatches. We designed and built all three apps.

The rider app
Booking a black car should feel as calm as the ride itself. Riders see the full price before they book, choose the car and set up the ride the way they like it.
- Fixed route rates — for example Santa Barbara ↔ LAX — with no traffic surcharge, shown before booking.
- Car classes: Black sedan or Black SUV, with seats and the price for each.
- Ride preferences: cabin temperature, quiet ride or music, luggage help, greet & open door.
- Airport details: flight number and terminal, so the chauffeur can follow the flight.
- Chauffeur card 30 minutes before pickup: name, rating, car and plate, with in-app call and chat that keep both phone numbers private.
- Card charged after the ride, then a 5-star rating and an optional tip.
The chauffeur app
Chauffeurs get only what they need on the road: their upcoming reservations, where to go and how to reach the rider.
- Sign-in per chauffeur, online/offline status and earnings at a glance.
- Upcoming reservations with a countdown, pickup and drop-off, flight number and the fare.
- Trip details with the map, payment and one-tap navigation.
- In-app chat and calls with the rider — numbers stay hidden on both sides.
Admin & dispatch console
The owner runs the business from one screen: every order, who drives it and what everyone earns.
- Order board with rides today, upcoming revenue, platform fees and active carriers; filters for “needs dispatch”, active and completed.
- Dispatch each ride to the company's own fleet or to a partner carrier — the console shows the commission and exactly what the carrier gets before you confirm.
- Carriers: each partner company with its permit number, drivers, vehicles and its own commission rate.
- Pricing, payouts and support conversations in the same console.
The screens show test bookings and names from the pre-launch build — no real customer data.
