Two mobile games, built in-house.

Kosti is a dark-fantasy 3D action game rooted in Slavic folklore. Block Nook is a cozy block puzzle. Both are our own games, built in Godot 4 for Android phones, with AI tools across the art, 3D and voice pipeline.

The problem

Console-style ambition on mid-range phones

We wanted two very different games to feel premium on the phones most people actually own, not only on flagships. A 3D game with hordes of enemies, bosses and painted worlds has to stay smooth on a mid-range Android phone. A casual puzzle has to look polished on every screen and give players a reason to come back tomorrow. And a small team has to produce the art, 3D models and voice-over that larger studios split across departments.

What we built

Kosti: a 3D action survivor

A top-down survivor game in the style of Vampire Survivors and Survivor.io: auto-aim, a virtual joystick and waves of enemies, set in Slavic folklore.

In the game today

How we kept it smooth

Block Nook: a cozy block puzzle

A block puzzle in the style of Block Blast, on an 8×8 board, where the blocks are little characters with faces. It is built for short daily sessions.

How it is built

Godot 4.6GDScriptCompatibility rendererMeshy AI 3D models, rigging and animationBlender (headless animation merge)AI image models for concept and UI artElevenLabs voice-overAndroid export

AI does the heavy lifting on production: 3D models and rigs from text and images, concept and interface art, and voice lines in three languages. We direct the style, fix what the tools get wrong and check every asset in the engine before it ships. Kosti's code is about 17,000 lines of GDScript in its main game script plus separate data modules.

Both games are in development and not yet released in the app stores, so there are no download or rating figures here.

We can build this for you

We make mobile games from concept to store, plus smaller games for brands: advergames, playable campaigns and games inside Telegram. Mobile games start from $25,000, Telegram Mini App games from $10,000 and branded mini-games from $8,000, with a fixed quote before we start.
